Additional parameters added to Legal Appointment Templates for Corporate Clients

Uploading. Creation of Legal Appointment Templates

The following parameters have been added

Please note in order for the letters to generate there has to be roles assigned to a Project not only Legal Appointees

Client View: Export Function on Manage Projects Grid updated

A column chooser has been added to the Manage Projects function within Project Compliance for Corporate Clients

Select the required columns to export to excel. Additional columns have been added namely:

Division
Project Name
Project Manager Name
Pack Name
Workflow assigned
Onboarding plan mandated

Corporate Client View – Addition to Medical Summary Line Item Setting (8308)

Project Compliance – Manage Packs

Edit or create a line item

When creating a line item that generates the “Medical Document” you are able to stipulate specific types of medicals per pack as required.

The system will then check against linked Individual profiles on this pack and match the required medical to reflect as green, any other medical type will not affect this line item

Corporate Clients: Analytics – KPIs

A grid has been added to the top of the charts which shows the KPIs that are assigned but not answered

On the Analytics Module select KPI

Project Compliance: Multiple Declaration collection under BU Requirement Documents changes

A change has been made to accommodate multiple instances of data collection under items that require declarations of understanding (BU Requirement Settings)

This means that each time a document is uploaded with people selected against it the documents will be merged into a single PDF which is downloaded when the View option is clicked from the Pack Summary line item

The total counts will continue to update based on the Active Individuals linked to that Project

Equipment Manager – Both Owned Equipment and Linked Servicer Provider Equipment Grids

The Registration number has been added to the grid and the export
