Corporate Client and Service Provider: Improvements in Learning (13074)
When a service provider or an internal company user books into a classroom schedule, a date selector is added so that the user can select a date on which they would like to attend training.
Once the date has been selected, the calendar will display if there are any schedules for the specified course selected as well as display which dates are available from the date selection chosen by the person booking into the course.
Click on the date selector that appears at the top of the calendar to select your preferred dates to attend the training.
If there is a course available to book into, the user will be able to select the training and book into the course.
Note: The month view option on the calendar has now been removed.
Note: All schedules that are processed and in the past will no longer be displayed on the calendar. Only courses that have not yet been processed by the facilitator, will be viewable on the calendar.
Corporate Clients: Workflow Escalations (13078)
When a client creates a workflow they can now add an escalation frequency which is the amount of time that a selected usergroup can take to perform actions in a workflow step.
They will also now select the escalation user group who will be responsible.
If the people responsible do not perform the action within that escalation period it will result in a rejection of that workflow and send an email to the escalation user group to inform them of the users that have not completed the workflow items in the time allowed.
