Corporate Client and Service Provider: Legal Appointment (13334)
When a Service Provider initiates a 2.18.1 Legal Appointment request, the system will prompt them to select a 2.9.2 Supervisor from their company via a second dropdown menu. If no employee has been designated as the 2.9.2 Supervisor, the system will display an error message, informing the Service Provider that a supervisor must be selected. This means that an employee must be assigned to the 2.9.2 role before the Service Provider can proceed with the 2.18.1 Legal Appointment request.
Corporate Client and Service Provider: Digital Signing of Legal Appointment (13355)
If a legal appointment requires a digital signature on the appointment letter, the responsible individual—such as the 2.18.1 supervisor—will navigate to "Action Manager" on their dashboard. There, they can review the relevant legal appointment request under the “Signing Approvals” column. The signee will sign in the designated block and then click "Approve" to complete the process.
The progress of the legal appointment request can be tracked in the Interview history grid displayed under “new interview requests”
