Corporate Clients have the function to set specific pack items for an automated approval by the
Passport 360 system.
This means that if the line item has a red display or an expiry date for a document is less than “today’s” date, the pack item will be marked as rejected. If everything is valid and the pack item displays as green, it will mark the document as approved.
Note: These actions will affect the project compliance
It is very important to remember that this function can only be applied to the below pack documents which are all related to your employee documents. (Other documents are not validated in this function).

The service for Approve or Reject the documents will run for validation at the below intervals:
- 06:00 Every morning and 13:00 Every afternoon
- When you link or unlink an employee.
- When you view a pack. This means that when you open a Service Provider pack in Project Compliance, this will run the service for that Service Provider and the pack will show the latest data.
Note: It is important to remember that if the service has run, any approval actions will be removed and replaced with the System auto approval function.
