You now have the ability to view the Analytics / BI module and elements within your Microsoft Teams Application. This allows for easy visibility of Passport 360 data between attendees in meetings and team groups.
Install the Passport 360 App on your Teams
Navigate to the “Apps” menu item on your Teams application.
Use the search filed and type in “Passport 360”
Note: If you cannot continue from here, this could mean that your company organization has not given you permission to load any app onto your Teams platform. Contact your Teams account Administrator and ask him/her to follow the below link to add the application to or organization.

The administrator must select “Get it now”
Once the permission has been granted by the administrator, you will be able to continue the installation process.
Select add to a Team
Use the search field to select which Team group you would like to add the application to.
Once you have selected your group, select the set up a tab button.
You will be required to log in. Log into the Passport 360 Application using your username and password or log in by using single sign on. (Login with Microsoft)
Once you have signed into the application, an additional screen will pop-up whereby you need to select Passport 360 Analytics.
Note: Currently you are only able to add Passport 360 Analytics to your Teams. At a later stage you will be able to integrate your classroom bookings, calendar, dashboard etc.
Once you have made your selection, select the save button.
The Passport 360 Analytics will automatically be added to your Team for viewing.
Assigning the Passport 360 Application to various groups / chats in your Teams Application.
Select the plus (+) button that displays in the Team.
Note: This can also be applied to a Team chat. It is not only restricted to a Team group.
Search for the Passport 360 Application.
Click on the add button.
Log into the Passport 360 Application using your username and password or log in by using single sign on. (Login with Microsoft)
Once you have signed into the application, an additional screen will pop-up whereby you need to select Passport 360 Analytics.

Once you have made your selection, select the save button.
Should you want to remove the application from your Teams Chat, simply click on the arrow display next to the application and select remove.
You will be required to confirm that you want to remove the application by selecting the “Remove” button.
At a later stage, should you want to add the Passport 360 application to your Teams again, you need to ensure that you select the reset button. This action will allow you to clear your current credentials loaded and require you to re-enter your latest credentials for the setup of the integration.
