Corporate Client: Encrypt URL for Learning (12891)

As a default setting, Passport 360 marks all courses as private on the creation of an e-learning program. The client has the option to mark an e-learning course as “public” should they want to allow employees other than their own employees and linked service provider employees to access the learning program.

Use the toggle as indicated to change the setting from private to public.
