Forced collection of Secondary Positions
As a client subscription you can enable / disable this function from Settings
Settings -> General Settings -> Company Details
If you force the collection for both Employees and Contractor / SP Employees, all users will be presented with this pop up screen when visiting People Manager
when clicking view , you will be presented with the list of individuals that now require a secondary position.
for each one of the individuals missing the selected secondary position, you will need to assign one by clicking the you will be presented with a screen to select the secondary position, this is a multiple selection and you will be able to select more than one position at this time. Once selected, click save.
If you are unsure of what position to select or have any further queries, it would be best to speak to your Client or to your passport 360 administrator, alternatively contact support on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not require or do not have a secondary position, certain Clients have created a position called "No additional positions", which can be selected from the available list.
