What’s Improved?

CC/SP Users: Workflow Step Names displayed against Pack Line Items 

Changes have been made to the view of a pack line item. Users will notice that a “Workflow Steps” card has been added on the left hand view of the screen.

The step highlighted in green, indicates the current step of the workflow that the item is in.

Corporate Client: Visitor Cancellation 

Changes have been made to only allow “Hosts”, Co-Hosts”, and “Super Users” to have the ability to revoke a meeting. If a User does not have sufficient User Rights the system display a warning displaying this to the end User and not allow the revoke action to be taken.

In addition to this, an “Add a Reason” pop-up page will be displayed when revoking a meeting. This field is a mandatory input field to notify the Visitor as well as the Host and Co-Host as to the reason for the cancellation of the meeting.

A new tile has been added on the Visitor Manager module to display the Cancelled (revoked) meetings. Click on this menu tile to see the cancelled/revoked meetings

A grid view will be displayed indicting the Visitor’s details and details regarding the cancellations. This menu can be filtered to suit the end User’s needs.

CC/SP Users: Dashboard widgets drill-down (Employees and Learning Widgets) 

Changes have been made on the "Employees" and "Learning" widgets drill-down and excel export function. The following fields have been added:

• Employee Number
• Job Title
