What’s Improved?

Corporate Client: Work Permit Fields

Improvements have been made to allow Corporate Clients view of the Nationality of an employee from the work permit widget. Upon work permit collection, additional mandatory fields have been added when submitting a work permit.

Navigate to the People manager module.

Select an employee by clicking the “Edit” button.

Upon clicking the edit button, the employee profile is displayed.
Click the edit button on the employee profile tile

On the “Edit Employee Profile” page, scroll to the “Upload Valid Work Permit” field.

The below new fields have been added when submitting a work permit:

1. Nationality:  Mandated
2. Ref Number: Mandated
3. Type of Work Permit (Dropdown) Mandated
4. Company indicated on work permit.
5. Skill indicated on work permit.
6. Conditions: Mandated
7. Expiry date: Mandated

Type of work permits: (Dropdown)

·       Intra-company transfer work visa

·       Permanent Residence Permit

·       General work visa

·       Critical skills work visa

·       Corporate visa

·       Spouse Permit

·       Relative Permit

·       Business Permit

·       Refugee Permit

·       Other
