Corporate Client: Visitor Manager module
Corporate clients can now add an “Area and a Reason” when creating a meeting.
From protection services the area and reason are viewable on the visitor cards, and on the print label function as well.
On the Approval cards, “Created by” has been added to the view.
On the Visitor Manager module navigate to the “Add A Visitor” tile then click on the “Add a Visitor” button to create a meeting.
Upon clicking the create meeting button, the create a meeting page is displayed.
A user can now add an “Area” and a “Reason” when creating a meeting.
Navigate to the Protection Services tile and click the “View visitor cards” button.
On the visitor cards, “Area” and “Reason” are displayed.
When you click on the “Print Label” button, the “Area” and “Reason” have been added to the label.
Navigate to the “Approval Requests” tile, then click on the “Visitor Awaiting Approval” button.
On the approval cards, “Created by” has been added to the view
