Corporate Client: Highest number of employees graph
Analytics / BI – General – Filter Contractor Companies – View highest Number of Employees chart.
A column is added to the “Highest Number of Employees” graph called “Clock in.”
On viewing, you will see this added column, showing locked in last 45 days or No clock in.
Corporate Client: Add an additional column in Reports for People Manager
Reports – People Manager – Select Employee type - Employees or Contractors – Run report
An additional column has been added for “Ethnic group”
Corporate Client and Service Provider: URL Link for Position Requirements
Project Compliance – View Service Provider pack – View line items related to “People Information”
System generated documents that have a URL link attached can be opened from the system generated document.
Corporate Client: Pop up message to confirm action when clicking delete or no-show
Learning Management – View schedule – Remove Student
The system will pop up a message asking for a removal reason and a toggle switch to conform the removal of the student before the action can be completed.
View an employee profile in People Manager – Upload a PTO – select applicable project – select the PTO Type – save document.
The JRA specific type will display in the individual’s profile under their uploaded PTO’s
Navigate to Project Compliance and view the applicable PTO line item. All uploaded PTO’s will display as completed in the system generated document.

Corporate Client: Elements to be added to Form Builder
Form Manager – Add form sections – Add section elements
When created your section question or name, we have added extra “Type” selection dropdowns.
Autofill Grid – tick which items you want to be auto populated in the custom-built form and stipulate which employee type the document needs to autofill the information in for.
Image Canvas – The person creating the document uploads an image, then the person who is filling in the digital form will be required to draw on the image.
Example: If they need to indicate where the vehicle is damaged on the image, the person answering the digital form can draw on the image uploaded by the creator of the form.
Parameterised Template – Use this section to add a paragraph to your digital form whereby you require certain information to prepopulate in the form from other elements in the system. Use the parameters to indicate what information you want to autofill in the document.
Signature – Select who needs to sign the document. This can be the person answering the form, the person reviewing the form, a specific individual or specific user group
Corporate Client: Printing of visitor cards on stickers
Visitor Manager – Protection Services – View applicable visitor
When the card displays for the required individual, there is a button whereby the Protection Services users can select the “Print Sticker” button, whereby a sticker will be printed for the individual displaying generic information such as the company, host, site, date, and visitor name.
