Corporate Clients – Additional Message Options
Corporate Clients can now send out messages to Pre-Qualified Contractors
Within the Messages Module, you can now select the Message Group Type of Pre-Qualified Contractors, with a secondary option to send to all, those whose Pre-Qualifications have been adjudicated, or not yet adjudicated
Corporate Clients – Setting added to allow Clients to switch the function of forcing collection of Exit documentation when individuals are unlinked from their Projects on or off

Corporate Client – Additions and Change to Custom Employee Documents and Fields
Corporate Clients can set Custom Additional fields and Custom Documents to be collected from either linked Service Providers, direct Employees or both.
Navigate to Settings / People
Select Either Custom Documents or Custom Mandatory fields, depending on what items need to be added to the current.
Custom Documents:
Create a required upload from your linked Individuals, for bespoke items for example a Contract of Employment, by clicking add:
- Show HR only will ensure any document is only viewable by a user who has the View HR data setting ticked on their User Profile.
- Mandatory will force collection of this requirement
- Select the rest of the information as required
All saves items will be shown in the Custom Documents grid
Custom Mandatory Fields:
Create custom fields that will added to the demographic information of an Employee profile
Set the field to be applicable to Own Employees, Service Provider, or Both
Set the rest of the requirements
- Show HR only will ensure any information provided is only viewable by a user who has the View HR data setting ticked on their User Profile.
- Mandatory will force collection of this requirement
What the end users will see on completing Employee information:
Custom fields – will not allow any further updates to Demographics without completing the mandated custom fields
When custom documents are required and not yet there is a continual warning until the item is completed, this is displayed on the top of the Employee profile
Corporate Clients - KPI Settings to be moved into a singular place
ALL KPI settings have been moved to the Settings Module
No functional changes were made to any Settings, only their placement
What’s new?
Support Requests are now visible within the Settings Module
All Users who have logged a ticket with our Support Desk now have visibility into them within their Settings Module
Navigate to Settings / Support Requests
If you have logged the call directly it will be displayed under My Request. If you have been cc’d into the Support Request it will be displayed on the “Requests I’m CC’d on” Tab
Click on the actual Request to see the history of the Request
