What's Improved:

Custom Forms 

We have added in a function the Equipment Manager, Visitors Manager and Learning Management where you can now upload Custom forms 

Equipment you can add as a Mandatory Document for Equipment category. You can either upload, operating manual or custom form. The form is saved as a normal upload so it can't be edited

Visitors - you can add a custom form to Visitor Supporting documents. When doing the induction you can complete a custom form or upload.

E Learning - You can add custom form as a module type in E Learning. Submitted forms will then be attached to the E learning certificate, when completed

Authorisations

We have now set up that only the User who needs to approve the authorization will get the request for Authorisation , that user will not see any other authorisations unless assigned to him or her 

Report Project Compliance (6404)

A Report has been added for Project Compliance to pull a report on the following BU Name , Project Name, Project Based , Company Name , Compliance , Localisation , Status and Linked Date , this report can be pulled form Reports under Project Compliance.
