- “Transfer your own Employees to a different Division,” managed in People Manager.
Navigate to People Manager. Select the “Change Division” button that displays next to the individual profile. Select the Division that the person needs to be moved to and select save.
- “Tender Answer” submissions have been changed,” used in the Vendor Management process.
When a Service Provider is required to submit their Tender Answers to a Corporate Client, if any number is higher than the numeral “10” in all fields except their Man hours, a pop-up notification will come up to ask the Service Provider if the number submitted is correct.
When an Enquiry Answer is submitted, the column for “Monitored? - Yes or No” has been removed from the form.
- “KPI Condition Factor” added to KPI Measures
When adding your KPI Factors to specific KPI Measures, you can add a condition factor type to calculate specific KPI data that has been submitted by the Service Provider or Internal Corporate Client User.
The below sum can be added to the system using a dropdown selection to add your required calculation, which makes adding your factor type a lot easier.
Eg: ≥0.83 = 0%
<0.82 = 100%
