What's improved
- “Position Requirements to be validated,” created in Positions and Requirements and validated in People Manager.
When a Corporate Client adds a position requirement, there is an additional dropdown selection available to state if the requirement needs to go for validation before the requirement can be marked as complete. The specified user group will be notified when there is a position requirement that is pending validation. This can be actioned in People Manager by viewing the applicable employee profile.
- “Pop-up message to fill in missing Employee demographic information,” triggered by the New Hires process.
When an employee links to a new project, if they have any missing demographic information, a pop-up message will advise the individual to update his/her missing information so that the new employee can go through the New Hire process without delays.
