What's improved

• “Reminder Email Notification to be sent to Host,” triggered by Visitor Management.

When a Visitor is booked to see a Host, the Host will receive a reminder email notification from Passport 360 the day before the visit to advise the Host of the Visitors induction status.

• “Free text box available for PPE”, used when creating a visit in Visitor Management.

When a Host books a visit, the host will have the functionality to advise the Visitor of any PPE that he/she will be required to bring onto site when they arrive for the meeting.
