Multiple Employee Numbers
Navigate to People Manager on your dashboard
View an employee profile by selecting the view button that displays next to the employee profile.
Note: If an employee is linked to multiple projects across multiple Corporate Client companies and the employee has more than one active employee number, their multiple employee numbers can be viewed on their own individual profile. If you are a Corporate Client viewing the individual records, it’s important to note that you will see the multiple employee numbers that are linked to the employee if it is applicable to the Client, and the status.
If a Corporate Client makes use of an integrated ERP system to activate their employee numbers, the status of the employee number will display according to the action pending from the ERP validation system. This can be viewed in the status column.
When viewing an individual route form, you will be able to select the route form display according to the Corporate Clients route form requirements.
Navigate to the select section dropdown on the right of the screen and select the route form button.
At the “Project / Section Name” dropdown select the Company that you want to view.
The employee’s route form will display according to the Corporate Clients route form requirements.
Note: When viewing the employee record as a Corporate Client user, you will only be able to see the route form applicable to your company. You will not be able to view another company’s route form requirements.
When viewing system-built documents that are configured to build employee records, the document will build the records that are linked to the specified Client. It will not display the employee’s multiple employee numbers in the system-built document, and it will display the status of the employee based on the Corporate Client’s ERP validation.
Below are two examples of an employee status display in a system-built document that displays within the Contractors pack.
The status of an employee can also be viewed in the report’s module.
Navigate to Reports and launch the People Manager report.
Using the dropdown selection, select the “Basic” type report.
Once the report has been run and completed, you can use the “column” dropdown to select the columns that you want to view in the report.
Based on the column selection that you have chosen; the report will be displayed accordingly.
Note: If you select the status column, it will show if the employee is in an Active state, Not Active state or in a pending ERP state.
