When viewing your equipment item, use the rent-out option to rent this specified item out to respective external contractors.
Select the add button.
Using the dropdown selection available, choose which service provider you need to rent the equipment item out to.
Select the starting and end date of the rental.
Select the condition type of the equipment item.
Select “Yes or No” should you need to include operators in the rental.
Note: If you “Rent Out” an equipment item that has a Driver / Operator linked to it, the system will ask you if you want to rent the Driver / Operator out with the equipment. The system will automatically rent out the individual to the company that you are renting your equipment item out to and display on that company’s employee records.
Add any last comments, and when you are complete, select save.
Note: When the equipment item is returned, you will need to check the item back in.
To check the equipment item back in, select the tick icon that displays net to the company name.
You will be required to stipulate the condition of the equipment, again add any final comments and when you are complete, select save.
The rental history will display closer to the bottom of the screen.
