At any point while you are using the system, if you need to return to your “Home Page,” simply navigate to the dashboard menu item.
The landing page of Passport 360 consists of a notice board which will advise you of large system developments or important notices that may need to be conveyed to the Passport 360 Users.
Widgets are setup per User, customizing your Dashboard to your needs. Select unlimited widgets for “at-a-glance” summaries of your data.
Select the add button.
Using the dropdown selection available, select what type of widget display you would like to see reporting on and once you have made your selection, select add.
Note: Certain widget types will require additional selections to be made before you can add the widget. Continue to work through the additional dropdowns as they appear until you are satisfied with your selection.
Lastly, select the Done button when you are happy to add the widget to your dashboard.
Once the system has completed updating the selected widgets, it will appear on your dashboard for easy viewing.
Select the view button to view a detailed report of the selected documents.
Select the delete button on the widget, to delete the widget from your dashboard.
You will see two columns with the Items that have met the requirements and you will see a list of the items that have not met the requirements.
To export the details to an excel spreadsheet, select the export button.
