At any point while you are using the system, if you need to return to your “Home Page,” simply navigate to the dashboard menu item.
The landing page of Passport 360 consists of a notice board which will advise you of large system developments or important notices that may need to be conveyed to the Passport 360 Users.
Widgets are setup per User, customizing your Dashboard to your needs. Select unlimited widgets for “at-a-glance” summaries of your data.
For a Corporate Client to have insight into their Service Providers details, navigate to the “Contractor View” widget.
Use the dropdown selection available to select they type of contracting details that you want to see.
You will be able to select “Contractor Companies” or “Pre-Qualification Companies”
If you select Contractor Companies, an additional dropdown selection will appear whereby you will need to select the applicable contractor details that you would like to see.
The system will automatically generate the Service Providers details, total employees, total equipment, and average star rating. It will also show a display of the service providers clock ins over a period of 30 days.
The Corporate Client will also have sight into the following details:
- Total linked Employees
- Linked Equipment
- Company Documents (which can be viewed from this display)
- Assigned KPI’s
- Linked Projects
- Awarded Tenders and PO’s, Submitted Enquiries, Pre-Qualifications
- Assigned work permits
- eLearning completed and future courses booked
- Non-Compliance (this will detail the document, project name and date created)
- Offboarding projects
- Additional Contacts
- Continued Risk Rating
- Isometrix data
Note: When viewing the KPI widget, you will have access to see what KPIs have and have not been submitted.
To view any completed KPI’s, use the filter option that displays in the “completed” column and select the “Yes” items.
When the filter is applied, simply click on the view button that displays next to the respective KPI.
You will see a display of the KPI’s that need to be completed as well as a display of completed KPI’s with the submitted answers.
There will also be a tab where you will be able to manage the contractor categories. Simply click on the Category Management button that displays next to the Contracting Companies tab.
You will see a list display of all Service Providers and their category assigned. If the category is blank, you will be able to add the category by clicking on the view button that displays next to the applicable contractor.
Use the dropdown selection available and select the applicable category / categories to the service Provider.
When you are complete, select the add button and the category will be assigned as needed.
The list of assigned categories will be displayed to the right of your screen
To set up the different categories for selection, navigate to your settings module and select Manage project compliance.
Select Manage Company Categories and add the category selection as required. (Refer to the settings user guide for more detail).
There will also be a tab where you will be able to view all pre-qualified contractors and execution. Simply click on the Launch button that displays on the Pre-qualification tab.
The system will show a quick display of consolidated data related to pre-qualified contractors, which will include their average rating, evaluation, and adjudication comments to name a few.
To export the data to excel, select the Export button.
Alternatively, you can export the data to a pdf document. Simply select the PDF Export button.
