Pending Actions – Social Monitoring
Note: Pending Actions is a pop-up message that advises users to submit certain data for their employees. It is important to remember that the data will only be made viewable to Super Users and to specific users that Super Users have assigned the function to. The reason for this is because the data that is collected in the social monitoring survey is sensitive data and should only made available to users that require the specified details of the employee.
1) Assign Social monitoring data to users
All Super Users will have the pop-up message set up as a default, however if other users require access to the data, Super Users are able to allow permission to these users.
Navigate to Settings on your dashboard and select users.
View the applicable user.
Ensure that the Social Monitoring tab is ticked in the user’s settings.
Once this has been saved against the user profile, the user will receive the pop-up message when opening the People Manager tab as displayed above.
2) Fill in Social Monitoring data
When the applicable users open the People Manager module, the below pop-up message will appear advising you to fill in selected data for the employee/s.
Select the view button and a list of employees without their social monitoring data collected, will display in a list format. Select the view button that displays next to the applicable employee.
Using the dropdown selection available select the region that applies to the individual and select save. Fill in the survey as it is presented.
Once you have made your way through the survey, select the save button.
Note: The submitted data will only be viewable if the employee’s social monitoring survey has been submitted. If the data has not been submitted the Social Monitoring tab will not be available.
View the applicable employee profile and using the “Select Section” dropdown, navigate to social monitoring.
You will be able to view the region and the survey details submitted will appear in a pdf format.
