Scope Of Work
Select Manage on scope of work.
Select Manage Sections.
Fill in the name of the scope of work name and use the dropdown selection to mark the status as active or not active.
When you are complete select update.
Now you need to add questions to the scope of work.
Select the view button that displays next to the created scope of work section.
Using free text, fill in the question details.
Use the dropdown selection to add the question requirement.
Select if the question is Active or Not Active.
When you are complete select save.
You will receive a pop-up message to confirm that the question is saved.
The listed questions will display in a list format to the right of your screen.
Once you have created the Scope Sections, select the back button.
To add a clause to scope of work, select the Clause Management Button.
Fill in the name of the clause that is being added.
Use the free text space available to add in the clause details.
Note: You can use the editing tools available to change and alter the layout of the document as required.
Scroll to the bottom of the document and select the status of the clause to Active or Not Active.
When you are complete, select save.
A list of your clauses will display in a list format for you to manage as needed.
Once you have created the Scope of Work Clauses, select the back button.
Now you need to add a new Scope of Work.
Select Add on the home page of Scope of Work.
Add the Scope of Work Name, description and assign the correct status.
When you are complete, select update.
To link scope sections to the created scope of work, select the edit button that displays next to the created Scope of Work.
Using the dropdown selection available, select with sections you need to add to this scope of work and select “Link Section”
You will receive a pop-up message to say that the section has been added to the scope.
The linked sections will display in a list format under “Currently Linked Sections”
To answer the section questions added to the scope of work, select the view button.
If the question is required for this scope of work, use the toggle switch to change the status to yes.
Depending on the type of question that is being asked, will determine the action that needs to take place.
When you are complete, select the save button.
