Add a Record Event Feedback checklist to a course
Navigate to the checklist manager module on your dashboard.
Fill in the details of your checklist.
Note: The details of the checklist must be named and the questions asked in such a manner that the student attendee understands that this is a checklist meant for the purpose of supplying feedback to the facilitator on the training provided.
Select the manage button that displays next to the checklist just created.
From the dropdown selection available, select the “Learning” module where the checklist will be used.
Note: Refer to the Checklist Manager module for full details on how to create and manage a checklist.
Add the other details as required for the checklist.
The next step is to add question groups to the checklist that will be used in the learning module.
Once the checklist has been completed, you will now be able to add it to a classroom schedule. This can be done while creating a new schedule or editing an existing schedule.
When creating a new schedule you will use the toggle switch available and then use the dropdown selection to allocate the required checklist used for feedback.
When editing a schedule, view the applicable schedule and select edit. You will see if a “Record Event Feedback” checklist has been added to the schedule.
To edit the details, select the edit button and use the toggle to apply the checklist for feedback.
When you are complete, select save. The details will display on the schedule.
Note: Only once the classroom course has been processed, will the attendees that have attended the training, will receive an email notification advising them to fill in the feedback checklist. Any individuals that have been removed from the booking or marked as a “no show”, will not receive the record event feedback request.
The students that attended the classroom event, will receive a mail advising them that they attended specific training on a selected date and that their feedback is requested. The student must click on the link provided in the email.
If a facilitator wants to view a report on all submitted event feedback events, this can be viewed in the report’s module.
