Creating Position Requirements for Company Category Learning
A singular requirement needs to be created and used within Positions for the relevant Employees to be required to complete these e-learning programs.
A new Position Requirement Type has been created to cater for this called Company Category Required Learning.
Once you have completed creating your requirement. Link the applicable position to the requirement with the “Company Category Required Learning” type.
When the employee of the company views their position requirements, they will see the learning requirement and the user will need to select the plus button that displays next to the position.
They need to select the applicable programe and it will be marked as completed against their position requirement once its been successfully completed.
