Active bookings are a quick display on all your pending visits that are in the process of coming onto the site for the day of your visit.
At any given point, if you are unavailable to attend the meeting, you can cancel/revoke the meeting by using the “Manage Visitors” tab.
Navigate to “manage visitors”.
Select the manage visitors button.
All your booked meetings will display on the screen, whereby you will be able to revoke the visits for any given reason.
You can have insight into the status of the meeting by looking at your visitors displayed in this field.
You are also able to look at your active bookings on your home page of Visitor Management under “Active Bookings”. You will be able to see at a glance what status your visitors are currently in.
You can also track your expired bookings, by selecting the “Expired Bookings” column.
You can also track your requested bookings, by selecting the “Requested Bookings” column.
