1. Visitor Management Settings
Use the settings module to set up and configure Visitor Management company specific requirements.
Note: Only Users with Super User, Admin or Authoriser user rights will be able to manage these settings – provided that this settings option has been assigned to the User.
To assign this function your System Administrator (Super User) will need to navigate to the Users function within Settings.
Edit the selected User:
Under Menu Assignments, ensure that the Visitors Setting is ticked
This User will have the Visitor’s Settings on their next login.
To access the Visitor’s Settings:
Navigate to settings on your dashboard and select Visitors Settings
1.2) Visitor Category
In some cases, a site may require that specific visitor must complete specific induction programs to come onto the site. This can be used instead of the Visitor Types when a site does not require a pre-set reason for any Visitor Meeting.
To set up these mandatory program selections for different categories of visitors, select the visitor category button.
sing the dropdown selection available, select the visitor category.
From the next dropdown, select the program that needs to be completed by this category of visitors.
Note: You can select multiple programs for each category of visitors if it is required.
Once you are complete select the save button.
Once you have assigned a mandatory program to a specific visit category, it will be displayed in a list format to view.
