Corporate Client and Service Provider: Unable to view widgets on Dashboard
The learning widgets are set up per user, per division. If a user sets up the learning widget at division zero, they will see all applicable learning across all the divisions. Each division sees learning applicable to that division.
Select learning widget and add applicable widget selection.
When selecting the drilldown option, you will see a total tally of completed, not completed and a waiting list if applicable.
Corporate Client: Creation of Packs
Navigate to BU settings and search for toggle – Allow Manage Packs
Note: The toggle is switched on as a default and it will need to be turned off by the client if they do not want packs to be managed at a different division.
If the toggle is turned off – this will mean that anyone at that division will not be allowed to edit or create packs regardless of their user rights.
When navigating to the pack creation – the create pack button will be deactivated.
Corporate Client: Supervisor Email
When a new employee is added to a company, they will be required to add their supervisor email as past of the captured data.
Once the employee is unlinked from the company, the employee’s data is removed as well as the supervisors linked email address.
