Corporate Client: Authorization Exception report required on a weekly basis
Client navigates to authorizations in settings and views their applicable authorizations. Position requirements can be linked to authorization types.
The employees with an assigned authorization, will be able to view the authorization type on their individual profile.
To pull and exception report, navigate to Reports, select People Manager, switch the toggle on for Authorization Exception Report.
After you have run the report and the report exported, the employee that has the authorisation assigned, but has not met all requirements, the exception status will show as “yes”.
Corporate Client: Assign Workflow to Manpower Budget
Navigate to pack settings – edit “Total People on this project.” Assign an applicable workflow per BU to the line item. If no workflow is assigned to a BU, the system will set the workflow that has been assigned to Division 0 as a default.
Navigate to Reports, select objects in progress, the Manpower “approver” name that the document is sitting with will show on the report. This report can also be accessed by the Service Provider, using the same steps.
Corporate Client: Pre-Qual scoring
Navigate to vendor management, select an enquiry to adjudicate, if the question set is set to “Allow adjudication” the question will have a default scoring and comments field added for the adjudicator.
Navigate to the Contractor View Dashboard on your dashboard, view the Prequalification Dashboard. The adjudication score will show for all adjudicated enquiries
