1) Start a meeting
Note: When you need to launch the meeting select the Launch Meeting button if you are using a virtual link to host the meeting. Eg: Microsoft Teams.
Note: If you are attending the meeting in a physical environment, Eg: a boardroom, you will need to select the Start Meeting button.
If you need to cancel a meeting altogether, select the cancel meeting button.
Once the meeting is started, you will see that the meeting is in an “active” state.
Here you will be able to Export the minutes of the meeting by selecting the “Export Button”
A PDF version of the meeting details will display for you to download and print if it is needed.
You are also able to launch the KPI module within meeting manager by selecting the Launch KPI button.
Here you will be able to select your project and the applicable service provider and assign the necessary KPI to the Service Provider should it be necessary.
If you need to schedule another meeting, select the schedule meeting button.
Select the meeting date, and select next.
Fill in the necessary details of the meeting as if you were creating a new meeting and when you are complete, select update. The meeting will be scheduled accordingly.
When the meeting is complete, select the end meeting button.
You will receive a pop-up advising you that the meeting has ended.
And lastly, should you need to cancel the meeting, click on the cancel button so that the meeting can be cancelled.
To return to your home page of meeting manager, select the back button.
If you select the agenda button on your calendar option, you will see a quick view of all your listed meetings for the month.
