1) Reviewing Checklists
Note: If you have selected that the checklist needs to be reviewed, you will be required to select a single person to review or you can select specific user groups that may review the submitted checklist. The selected user/s will receive a bell notification advising that the checklist requires review. This will be viewed and actioned in the Action Manager module.
The bell notification will advise you that a checklist has been submitted for review.
Navigate to Action Manager on your dashboard. The action will be displayed in your Action Manager grid.
Select the view button that displays next to the task.
The checklist will be displayed in a pdf document, whereby you will be given the opportunity to approve or reject the checklist.
Add your comments and select Approve or Reject.
The task status will automatically be updated from “To be initiated” to a “Completed” status.
To view the status of the checklist review, navigate to checklist manager on your dashboard and view the applicable checklist. The status of the checklist will be displayed, and it will include the detail of the person who reviewed the checklist.
When you view the checklist, it will display the checklist in a pdf document whereby you will be able to view the checklist answers and the review details.
