1) Using Custom Form in Learning Management
Note: A custom form is used in the E-learning function, when creating a course. The custom form can be added as a module.
Navigate to Learning Management on your dashboard
Select Manage your E-learning.
Here you can add a new course or edit an existing course. (Refer to the learning Management module for more details on the creation of E-learning courses).
When you add your program modules, you can select the module type “Custom Form”
After you have selected the module type as a custom form, you need to select the upload button that displays next to the module.
Another pop-up screen will appear, whereby you will be required to select the custom form that needs to be applied to the module.
When you are complete, select the save button.
Note: The submitted forms will be attached with the E-Learning certificate once the program is completed by the individual.
