1) Using Custom Form in Offboarding
Note: Custom Forms are currently being used in point 2 of the offboarding process.
2) Set up your termination documents
The first step is to select which forms are applicable to the type of termination that is being processed.
Navigate to Settings on your dashboard.
Select the Manage button in Project Compliance.
Select Manage Offboarding Document
Here you will be required to select the type of form that is required for an individual who has absconded or for an individual who is deceased. You will need to select if the individual will need to upload a document or use a custom form builder for either of the two termination processes.
Once you have made your selection, select the save button.
You will receive a notification to say that the document is saved.
3) Using the selected documents in Offboarding
Navigate to the Offboarding widget on your dashboard.
Select the book button.
Select the dropdown as applicable to the Employee. (Refer to the Dashboard user guide for more information)
Once you have made your selection of the type of termination that is being processed, if you select that the employee has absconded or is deceased, the required documents will populate.
Select the Answer form button.
Fill in the form as applicable and select save when you are complete.
Note: Once the document has been submitted, the individual will be unlinked from the project once the data has been processed by GSS.
To view the submitted documents, navigate the respective project in Project Compliance.
The submitted documents will populate in the System built form. The employee will also no longer appear in People Manager under the selected project.
