1) Using Custom Form in Positions and Requirements
Navigate to Positions and Requirements on your dashboard.
Select Manage Requirements and add.
Fill in the required fields (refer to the Positions and Requirements user guide for more information) when selecting the Requirement Type, you will need to select Custom From as well as the Requirement Element (this will display the previously built custom forms for selection)
When you have completed creating the form requirement, you will need to link a position to the requirement and follow the standard position and requirements functions.
