Corporate Clients can use Survey Manager to create questions that can accurately measure the opinions and experiences of your Service Providers that have worked on a specific site or project.
Navigate to Survey Manger on your dashboard.
There are two types of surveys that are managed in Passport 360:
These are surveys that are answered by a specific individual who is logged into the Passport 360 application. These surveys are used to answer questions based on day-to-day business, onboarding, offboarding and tenders.
These are surveys that can be answered by any individual. The individual will scan a barcode to access the questionnaire and answer the questions respectively.
1) Corporate Client to create a Feedback Survey
Select the view button on the Feedback Surveys function.
Select the add button.
Fill in the name of your survey and select a business unit that the survey is to be applied to.
Using the dropdown selection available, select the checklist that needs to be applied to this survey and when you are complete, select save.
The created Surveys will appear in a list format.
To share the survey with a user or an individual select the share button.
Another pop-up box will display the QR code.
Select the copy to clipboard button.
This link can be shared via email to a specific individual. They will need to click on the link so that the survey can be answered.
Alternatively, the individual will be able to scan the QR code and submit the survey via their mobile device.
The Feedback Surveys can be viewed the same way a general survey is viewed.
