Corporate Clients can use Survey Manager to create questions that can accurately measure the opinions and experiences of your Service Providers that have worked on a specific site or project.
Navigate to Survey Manger on your dashboard.
There are two types of surveys that are managed in Passport 360:
These are surveys that are answered by a specific individual who is logged into the Passport 360 application. These surveys are used to answer questions based on day-to-day business, onboarding, offboarding and tenders.
These are surveys that can be answered by any individual. The individual will scan a barcode to access the questionnaire and answer the questions respectively.
1) View a submitted Survey
Navigate to Survey Manager on your dashboard.
Select the view button on General Surveys.
The submitted surveys will display in a list format for you to view.
Select the view button that displays next to the survey.
The submitted survey will appear in a pdf document for you to download and print if it is required.
