Organizations can make use of the Recruitment Manager Module to match the right candidates to open positions in their company.
Individuals register on Recruitment Manager
To start the Recruitment Manager process, companies require individuals from the public to register on Recruitment Manager.
Go to the Passport 360 website.
Navigate to the “login” button that displays next to the shop.
In the dropdown selection, select the Recruitment Manager option.
Another screen will appear whereby you will be required to fill in specific details for the Company to access.
Fill in your personal details in the fields provided.
Using the dropdown selection available, select your preferred method of communication.
Once you have made your selection, select the add button.
An OTP pin will be sent to your mobile or email depending on the dropdown selection chosen.
Once you have received the OTP pin, enter it into the field available and select “Next Step”
Another pop-up message will appear for you to add your ID number. When you are complete, select the link button.
Fill in the required fields.
Use the dropdown selection to determine your availability.
Select the region you are in.
Select the Company you seek employment at.
Lastly, use the dropdown selection to choose which position you would be looking for employment in.
When you are complete, select the save button.
Another screen will pop up and advise you to log into the Passport 360 application.
Note: Your login details will be emailed to you. Put in your username and password as provided and select sign in.
