The Chemical Manager module is used by Service Providers whereby they will create a MSDS register. This module should be used as an inventory where Service Providers can manage and assign their chemical list to multiple projects as needed.
Service Provider to link employees to the chemical
Select the Linked employee’s column.
Click on the applicable employee/s.
Note: You can select single employees or multiple.
Once you have made your employee selection, you will be required to upload a copy of the individuals declarations.
Once the document is uploaded successfully, select the save button.
You will receive a pop-up message advising you that the individual is linked successfully.
Your linked employees will display under the “Linked Employees” column.
All employees that are linked to the specified chemical will appear in the “Linked Employees” column.
If you need to remove a person from the list of linked employees, simply click on the delete button.
You also have the option to download a copy of the signed declaration, by selecting the download button that displays next to the individual.
