Use the “Settings” menu item to manage your company profile, contact details and package subscription. Settings also allows system administrators to custom configure certain elements of the organizations Passport 360 data requirements.
To access the applicable menu items as mentioned below, navigate to “Settings” on your dashboard.
Go to “Authorizations” and select “Manage”
Using the dropdown selection, select what type of authorization you would like to view.
Note: Once you have made your selection, select the view button.
This will show a display of all the existing authorizations available. Only once you have identified the existing authorizations, you can now proceed in creating any new authorizations.
Once you have identified what needs to be added to your list of authorizations, using the free text available, fill in the name of the authorization type and select add.
When you have added your authorization, you now need to add an type to the authorization requirement.
Select the edit button that displays next to the authorization.
Using the dropdown selection available, select what assignment type is required.
A secondary selection will appear whereby you need to select the authorization type.
When you are complete, select assign.
The list of Authorization types will appear to the right of your screen and will pull through for selection in People Manger (refer to the people manager user guide for more information).
