This module consolidates and analyses data with an interactive, custom dashboard for quick previews using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
Navigate to the Analytics / BI (Business Intelligence) module on your dashboard.
As you open the page, you will notice a “filtered by” area. Choose a date range and click on the filter button.
The filtered screen will display “All logins”, Top user logins, Top logins by month and navigation trends.
In all instances where you see the “Filtered by” dropdowns, simply click on the dropdowns and select your desired output.
To navigate your way through different sections of Analytics / BI, use the “Select Section” button.
Equipment details include Total Linked Equipment, Count with No Maintenance Records, Equipment rented in, Categories Level 1, Occupational Hygiene uploaded, maintenance uploaded and Authorizations uploaded.
To see more detail simply hover over the record that you would like to view further detail on and click on the applicable record.
An additional drill down will appear with more related data.
Click on the view button to further your search.
You can export the data to excel, by clicking on the “export excel” button.
2) KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
KPI details include a KPI selection per linked project, KPI’s answered / not answered and the average answer value for all answered KPI’s.
Simply use the filter options to select the data options that you would like to view and select run report where applicable.
Learning details include Classroom Training Events, Average Leadtime from booking to Course, Total Completed eLearning Events, Students Placed in waiting list.
For Classroom Training Events, you can do a more refined search on the data. Simply click on the tile and here you will be able to filter by time events and schedules.
The data will populate according to your search.
For Total Completed eLearning Events you can do a refined search based on a time event. Search by Year, Month and Course Name.
4) Onboarding and Offboarding
The Onboarding tile offers subcategories for data collection which include People, Equipment, Costs and Medical Planning and Offboarding.
People details for Onboarding include Average Days Medical to Induction, Average Days for Medical booking, Average Days Medical to Fire Fighting, Average Days Medical to First Aid, Average Days Medical to Legal Liability, Average Days Medical to Red Permit, Average Days Medical to Legal Appointment.
For each data selection here, you will be able to filter by “All data, Remove negative values or set negative values to 0”.
Further filtering options allow you to filter by years, months, weeks and days.
Equipment details for Onboarding include, Average Days from Create to File Link, Equipment Awaiting Approval, Average link to approval days, Inspections requested, inspections scheduled and Average days inspections requested to approved.
4.3) Medical Planning
Medical Planning for Onboarding include a Medical Planning Chart, Medicals over time, Medicals failed, Exit medicals and Clock Ins without medicals.
Note: Should you not want to see a specific item that displays in the graph for example, you may not want to see “Employees Medicals set to expire”. Simply click on the applicable item in the graph and that section of the graph will disappear from your view.
To do a refined search on the Medical Planning Chart, you can do so by changing the date selection using the calendar button.
Note: When making the calendar selection, you need to ensure that the date (day) and that the apply button are both highlighted.
Once you have made your selection select the apply button.
Offboarding details include number of Exits, Legal Appointments Cancelled and DMR Submissions.
5) Position Compliance
Position Compliance details include Assigned Positions and Current Position Compliance.
PPE details include Total PPE Quantities, Total PPE Not Used, Total PPE Used.
7) Project Compliance
Project Compliance details include People Onboarding vs Offboarding over 12 Months, Compliance Over Time, Total Evaluations, Average Evaluation Score, Total Non-Conformances, Total Audits, Contractor Employees Linked to Multiple Projects, Pack Document Compliance, Document Approval Times, Pack Approval Times.
Note: Each tile selection will allow for filtering and searching according to your specific needs at the time.
For Pack Document Compliance, you can filter by Status and Document. Simply make your selection by using the dropdown arrow available.
Note: Should you not want to see a specific item that displays in the graph for example, you may not want to see “Approved”. Simply click on the applicable item in the graph and that section of the graph will disappear from your view.
If you need to pull an excel report on the displayed data, select the view button.
The data will appear in a list format, whereby you need to select the Excel Export button to download the data to your smart device.
8) Social Monitoring
Social Monitoring consists of three main elements being Demographics, Social Monitoring and Localization.
Note: It is important to filter by the region and the localization first.
Once you have made your selection you can view the applicable demographics associated with the filter previously selected.
The Social Monitoring subcategory include Demographics and Residence.
The Localization subcategory include Localization percentage, Birth place, Schooling, Residential status and Employment status.
Note: These details are based on the Passport 360 system Users within your organization.
When you land on the “Usage” section, you will be required to make a date selection first. Use the calendar display to select your date range and then click on the apply button.
Once you have applied the date selection, click on the filter button.
When the data is received, you will see details such as Logins, top user logins, Top logins by month and Navigation trends.
Visitors’ details include Visitors by Category, Visits Booked vs Approved and All Visitor Details.
11) Vendor Management
Vendor Management details include two areas of reporting analysis.
For Enquiry, you will see launched enquiries, awarded enquiries, average enquiry rating, enquiry submission to adjudication time, enquiry submissions without adjudications.
Specific tiles will have additional reporting available in the reporting data. To view this data, hover over the required tile and you will be asked to “click to see more detail”
Use the filter options to refine your search.
For Pre-Qualification, you will see pre-qualification submission to adjudication time.
