Note: Passport will check on the system that looks for pre-qualification invitations that have not been actioned / linked to a company in 30 days and if they have a token linked to them the token is unassigned. This check runs daily, and it will be displayed in a column to say that the token has been revoked.
If a token is revoked from a Service Provider, the Service Provider will still be able to answer the invitation, however they will be prompted to sign up for Passport 360 themselves.
1) Pre-Qualification invitation email is received by the Contractor
Note: As a Contractor completing the Pre-Qualification, it is advised to click on the On Boarding Guideline pdf document and download it for easy referral during the onboarding process.
Once you have clicked on the document, another screen will open for you to view a pdf version of the Contractor Information Guide.
2) Start the Pre-Qualification process
The next step is to start the Pre-Qualification process.
Click on the link provided as demonstrated below.
A new page will open that will direct you to “Invitation Options”
Note: If you do not have an existing package with Passport 360, you will be required to select the “Sign Up” button to allow you to submit your Pre-Qualification.
Once you have completed the sign-up process, you will be required to revert to the invitation and log in using your username and password.
You will be directed to alternative Invitation Options.
2.1) View Documents
If you need to refer to the Contractor Information Guide, select “View Documents”
2.2) Start Online Training
To start Online Training to assist with the Onboarding process, select “Start Online Training”
Fill in your ID / Passport Number and select Search. Then select start course.
2.3) Answer the Pre-Qualification questionnaire
If you are ready to start the answering process, select “Start Answering”
You will be directed to the pre-qualification questionnaire whereby you will need to answer the requested questions.
