When a KPI needs to be submitted by the Service Provider or an Internal Client submission, the KPI will be answered according to the current frequency date. This means that if any previous submissions have been missed, the responsible person will be able to backdate and answer their KPI accordingly.

When a Corporate Client assigns a KPI to a Service Provider, the Service Provider will be required to assign a Responsible Person to submit the KPI answers to the Corporate Client. Once the selected individual is assigned to be the responsible person, that specified individual will receive a notification advising them that they are the selected person to submit the KPIs.
